Many of our clients have requested that we dedicate a specific adjuster whose work they like. In response, we have rolled out our DEDICATED ADJUSTER PROGRAM. There are many advantages; among them:

• The client CHOOSES the specific adjuster you want as your dedicated adjuster.

• You receive an AUTOMATIC 10% ACROSS THE BOARD RATE DISCOUNT from the existing schedule of time and expense rates. This 10 % discount is in addition to all national account or corporate account rates your firm negotiated with our franchisor and would also apply to any previously negotiated special rates with our franchises. ( The discount, however, does not apply to any flat fees negotiated with the franchisor).

• The dedicated adjuster automatically becomes your ONE POINT OF CONTACT with our many franchises (unless you prefer otherwise).

• Your dedicated adjuster will be in charge of the claim assigned and will handle the claim to the extent possible and will supervise other adjusters or appraisers who will assist.

• The dedicated adjuster will make sure the client is completely satisfied with all our work emanating from our offices and that all the client preferences and procedures are followed.

• The dedicated adjuster can even surpervise claims nationally! ( our own Frontier franchises cover the entire states of MD, PA, DE, VA, DC, NJ and GA. …but in combination with our correspondent Frontier and non-Frontier partnering offices, we can provide complete multi-line national claims adjusting services nationally, including emergency services.

• The dedicated adjuster will act as the client’s ombudsman within our organization and is empowered to PUSH FOR MORE DISCOUNTS up to an additional 20% depending on volume.

How to Activate:

All you need to do to activate the program and the additional 10% discount is to simply request it in an email (dedicatedadjuster@noyacorp.com) and to indicate your choice of dedicated adjuster for all your assignments to our office.

In the alternative, if you prefer to assign to the dedicated adjuster on a case by case basis, then you can simply forward any assignment to the specific dedicated adjuster – by virtue of your sending to the dedicated adjuster after we had proposed the program to you, we would realize it activates the program for that specific assignment. You can have more than one dedicated adjuster within our organization for different types of claims.
