Frontier Adjusters played a very important part in the success of our organization. As you know, we had a lot of cars (about 6000) and lots of accidents. With Frontier's expertise and understanding of our business, we developed a unique approach to the risk part of our business.

My recollection is that we began using Frontier just on major accidents. Soon, because of the superior job you did, we started outsourcing the bulk of our claims to you. We discovered (with your encouragement!) that if we allowed Frontier to be more aggressive in its investigations we could lower our insurance costs significantly, and consistently.

Universally, we heard you're spending too much on claims handling (as a percentage of your losses). What they didn't take into account was we did spend a little more on investigating each claim but the result was a much lower payout for the settlement of the claim. It was obvious to us that our overall cost for damages and insurance was significantly lower than industry averages.

Intuitively, to many smart people, accidents are just that; accidents beyond your control. Frontier and W. were showing that indeed these costs could be mitigated if not controlled.

It was suggested that auditing Frontiers accounts would give our lenders and insurers greater comfort that our performance was not just a fluke. We engaged, one of the car rental industries most respected insurance experts, to review Frontiers files. The results were AAA+++ for Frontier. I think the report said your files were the most complete and accurate that he had ever reviewed.

Our claims experience became the talk of the industry! Manny, your ability, integrity and track record is the BEST. If anyone ever wants a reference, have them call me. I'll be proud to confirm it.
